Job summary

PSG, a Dover company in Grand Rapids, Michigan, seeks a Manufacturing Quality Manager to lead the Quality Management System, drive continuous improvement, and ensure products meet customer specifications and regulatory standards.

You will oversee daily quality control and assurance staff, collaborate with leadership across plants and functions, and maintain ISO compliance while advancing root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business or engineering.
• MBA or master’s in engineering preferred.
• CQE or CQM certification highly desirable.
• Experience with ISO 9000 and quality audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage quality systems and procedures for the business.
• Lead controlled shop floor documentation (Control Plans, PFMEA, etc.).
• Partner with manufacturing leaders to assess process effectiveness.
• Coordinate New Product Introduction and Plant Readiness for launches.
• Oversee metrology strategy and ISO compliance.
• Manage PPAP with suppliers.
• Lead internal quality audits for ongoing effectiveness.
• Support training programs to enhance root cause and corrective action skills.
