Job summary

PSG, a Dover Corporation brand, is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Cincinnati quality function, owning manufacturing, customer and supplier quality, and the site QMS.

You will drive data‑driven improvements, coordinate with Operations, Engineering and NPD, and support regulatory affairs by ensuring changes are documented and traceable to QMS requirements. You’ll lead root‑cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why and PDCA to deliver sustained improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years of quality, manufacturing quality, or supplier quality experience.
• 2+ years of leading people or cross-functional quality programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cincinnati Quality team and drive QMS ownership.
• Develop and maintain quality procedures and document control.
• Lead customer quality investigations and CAPA responses.
• Partner with Engineering and NPD to embed quality planning.
• Coach teams in root cause analysis and structured problem solving.
