Job summary

Duro-Last Inc. in Saginaw, Michigan seeks a Quality Manager to lead the development and maintenance of their Quality Management System (QMS). This role will supervise quality control processes, ensuring products meet all specifications and standards. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s in Engineering or a related field, with over 5 years of quality management experience in manufacturing.

Your responsibilities include leading audits, corrective action systems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating across functions to enhance product quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 9001 implementation required.
• Strong understanding of SPC and CAPA systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Quality Management System (QMS).
• Conduct internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead investigations and manage corrective actions.
