You pull the latest work orders and specifications, then walk the line—starting with raw materials, moving through in-process checks, and finishing with final inspections. With calipers, micrometers, gauges, and the CMM at your side, you verify dimensions, spot inconsistencies, and confirm labeling and packaging match requirements. You record precise measurements, flag nonconformances, partner with production on root-cause checks, and help keep the area clean, organized, and safe.
