Job summary

100Hires, Inc. in Shreveport, LA is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Assurance Inspector. You’ll inspect raw materials through final product, using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and the CMM to verify dimensions and labeling against engineering drawings.

Record precise measurements, flag nonconformances, and partner with production on root-cause checks. Maintain clean, safe workspaces and ensure all parts meet spec before release.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control/inspection within manufacturing or production.
• Confident reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Exceptional attention to detail; accuracy and quality are non-negotiable.
• Reliable documentation habits and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished goods against blueprints and specifications.
• Conduct visual and dimensional checks using measurement tools to detect defects.
• Document results meticulously and report nonconformances.
• Communicate issues to production teams and assist with root-cause investigations.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow EHS procedures.
