Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years purchasing/procurement experience.
• Experience with vendor quotes, PO processing, and inventory management.
• ERP/MRP or accounting software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source materials, supplies, equipment, and services for manufacturing needs.
• Obtain vendor quotes and coordinate deliveries to production schedules.
• Maintain supplier relationships and purchasing records.
• Process invoices and help resolve vendor issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure material availability.
