Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• A dependable, proactive approach to completing tasks and following through.

Responsibilities

• Place purchase orders with vendors.
• Communicate with vendors to confirm receipt of purchase orders.
• Enter, review, and follow up on purchase order confirmations.
• Track shipments and follow up on outstanding orders to help ensure timely delivery.
• Generate and review purchase order reports through our ERP system.
• Research and resolve pricing and shipping discrepancies.
• Process return material authorizations (RMAs).
• Maintain accurate records and organized files.
• Assist with additional purchasing tasks and projects as needed.
