Workforce Solutions, LLC is assisting a family-owned manufacturer in Madison, WI to hire a Warehouse Associate. You will support daily warehouse and production operations, handling receiving, labeling, storing, and inventory control to keep materials organized and available for production.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, relevant warehouse experience, and the ability to lift 35–70 pounds. Forklift certification and ERP experience are a plus; strong teamwork and safety mindset are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse or material-handling experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience using ERP systems is a plus.
• Able to lift 35-70 pounds safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to workplace safety and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive, identify, label, and store incoming products.
• Maintain organized inventory records for production needs.
• Pull materials for production and prepare finished goods for shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment and use hand tools as needed.
• Help keep the facility safe, clean, and organized.
• Support daily warehouse and production operations and meet shipping deadlines.
