Industrial Power Solutions, a Sundt Company, seeks a Manufacturing Project Manager to lead manufacturing operations, scheduling, and process improvement. You will oversee personnel, coordinate resources, and drive cost control while supporting new product lines.

The role emphasizes people-focused leadership, strong organizational skills, and effective communication to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Formación

• Minimum of four years of relevant manufacturing, engineering, or operations experience.
• Experience managing teams, production activities, or manufacturing projects.
• Strong understanding of production scheduling, project management, and resource coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Planner.
• Ability to develop and maintain project schedules and communicate business objectives.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
