Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience in manufacturing leadership.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to lead teams.
• Experience implementing process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Familiarity with 5S, safety, and quality policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing operations for one or more plants.
• Develop production schedules to increase profit while reducing overhead.
• Establish quality and safety standards and monitor performance.
• Adjust staffing to meet output targets while controlling labor costs.
• Ensure compliance with 5S, safety, environmental, and quality policies.
• Complete all required documentation accurately.
