Job summary

Kdc One in Saddle Brook, NJ, is seeking a Manager - Project Manager to coordinate resources, schedules and information for new product launches, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

The role leads project updates, lines trials, and cross-functional teams across operations, engineering and quality, delivering on-production handoffs and maintaining critical documentation under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with PM exposure.
• Strong planning and requirement analysis experience.
• Knowledge of project planning tools and office software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate briefs and forecasts for new projects and manage components and materials.
• Update project tracking tools and create timelines with Critical Path.
• Prepare quotes, tooling forms, and track changes for finance purposes.
• Coordinate line times and trials with scheduling and customer ops teams.
• Prepare line trial packets and ensure associated documentation is complete.
• Lead project update meetings and drive on-time delivery with stakeholders.
