Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company seeks a New Product - Program Launch Manager to coordinate and lead plant-based activities for new program launches. You will guide cross-functional teams to ensure successful product introductions, optimize shop floor layouts, and align ERP processes with production timelines.

The role requires strong project management, manufacturing experience, and ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of program management, manufacturing engineering, or operations in manufacturing.
• Proven experience managing complex manufacturing programs and new product introductions.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, layout planning, and ERP implementation.
• Excellent project management skills to drive timelines, resolve issues, and deliver results.
• Effective communication and leadership to coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead new product introductions into the manufacturing facility.
• Ensure PPAP and SOP readiness and Gates 3-5 status across production, quality and efficiency.
• Lead planning and execution of new product introductions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure equipment availability and timelines.
• Foster knowledge transfer for production readiness and continuity.
• Direct launch teams and support APQP adherence.
• Set priorities, deadlines, and task completion.
• Provide monthly program status reviews and KPI reporting.
• Attend customer meetings to collect information for successful launches.
• Collaborate on product design, tooling, and changes for safe, capable production methods.
• Work with multiple functions to ensure best-in-class value stream prior to launch.
• Assist in ERP process integration to support ongoing production.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate to drive program execution and cost reductions.
