Job summary

nVent, a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of projects at the Fulton site. You will coordinate resources to meet scope, schedule, and budget while interfacing with customers, engineers, and production teams.

You will develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and implement timely changes, ensuring high‑quality manufacturing outcomes and on‑time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Project Management experience in manufacturing, commercial, industrial, or construction environments.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, strong Excel skills, and solid understanding of project financials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of projects, ensuring on‑time delivery within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans and coordinate resources across sites.
• Monitor progress and proactively address delays or challenges.
• Serve as primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and execution.
