nVent is seeking an Electrical Design Supervisor to lead a team of four Electrical Designers responsible for electrical documentation and control systems for engineered enclosures. You will guide scheduling, training, and process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role emphasizes developing people, coordinating priorities, and ensuring high-quality deliverables while collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a design team and coordinating multiple projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mentoring and training abilities to develop junior designers.
• Proven ability to manage priorities and deadlines across complex schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Electrical Designers.
• Coordinate design workloads and priorities across multiple customer projects.
• Develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, relay controls, and control systems documentation.
• Perform design reviews for quality, accuracy, and compliance with customer requirements.
