Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex new product and industrial equipment development initiatives. You will align development, systems engineering, and requirements management processes within a large industrial manufacturing setting, driving integrated project plans.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing scope, milestones, dependencies, and resources; owning end-to-end execution, mitigating risks, and delivering concept-to-launch solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, PM, or relevant field.
• 5+ years of proven project management experience in a manufacturing, product development, or engineering field.
• Strong experience building and managing detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and deliverables (Using Smartsheet or similar tools).
• Ability to own full project execution and coordination by driving outcomes, removing blockers, and ensuring delivery.
