Job summary

Principal Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to join our Broadview, IL team. You will coordinate and manage new manufacturing projects to ensure on-time launches and adherence to scope.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams through APQP and tooling design reviews, developing project plans, tracking progress, and communicating status to stakeholders to minimize risk and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
Project management experience preferred.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage new projects to ensure on-time completion and production launch.
Manage inter-departmental meetings (APQP, tooling design reviews, etc.) and report progress.
Develop and manage project plans with stakeholders to meet deadlines and budget.
Proactively identify and manage risks, issues and opportunities.
Execute the full PM life cycle from PO acceptance to production hand-off for multiple projects.
