Job summary

You will manage scope, schedule, cost, risk and quality while reporting progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a technical field (Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical/Automation).
• 3+ years experience in Manufacturing Operations or Technical Project Management.
• Demonstrated project execution experience.
• Led cross-functional project teams from initiation to go-live.
• Proven ability to influence individuals and teams without formal authority.
• Strong consensus-building, conflict resolution, and persuasive skills.
• Experience adapting standard techniques to project needs.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Microsoft Project planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead improvements in manufacturing operations by facilitating cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources and risk for new or upgraded processes.
• Develop and follow a Project Management Plan with milestones and schedules.
• Ensure on-budget, on-schedule, on-product-cost and on-quality delivery.
• Report progress to stakeholders and formalize communication plans.
• Facilitate multiple projects from concept to deployment.
• Create risk mitigation and contingency planning strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to share best practices.
