Responsibilities
- Launches new products into manufacturing.
- Improve processes, efficiencies, and product quality.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing process and equipment.
- Meet cycle time and process time commitments.
- Participate in Kaizen events and value streams.
- Develop Manufacturing Plans.
- Define standard work and tooling requirements.
- Coordinate tooling and facilities capacity.
- Represent projects in meetings.
- Assist in troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Recommend repairs or rebuilds of defective parts.
- Occasional travel for business purposes.
- Understand and apply safety requirements.
