Job summary

Accelera is seeking a Manufacturing Project Engineer to lead capital investments and facility optimization. You will manage the full lifecycle of engineering projects, ensuring upgrades and changes improve safety, throughput, and plant performance, while aligning with long term site goals.

You will oversee end-to-end project execution, coordinate with cross-functional teams, drive Lean initiatives to reduce waste and increase productivity, and collaborate with maintenance, operations, quality,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of industrial project management experience.
Proven capital equipment procurement, install, and project management.
Experience developing technical specs, schedules, and budgets.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end capital equipment projects from scope to commissioning.
Lead facility infrastructure upgrades and production layout changes.
Manage equipment startup, validation, and technical integration for new products.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones within budget.
Lead root cause analysis and Lean-based continuous improvement to boost productivity.
