Job summary

Tecspecialty is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer who will enhance process improvement and project execution within construction adhesives manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate brings experience in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, along with strong problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include leading initiatives for operational excellence and managing capital projects while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a process, batch, or discrete manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading Lean / continuous improvement projects with quantified results.
• Strong analytical and data skills, with experience in structured problem-solving techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Scope, justify, and execute capital projects from equipment selection through validation.
• Collaborate with R&D and Quality teams on new product formulations and process.
• Drive structured root-cause analysis and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA).
