This role suits a Project Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or Process Engineer who drives projects from concept through installation and start-up, partnering with operations, maintenance, quality, suppliers, and plant leadership to boost equipment performance and product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a mechanical/industrial/manufacturing engineering field.
• Experience in project engineering, manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or similar plant roles.
• Working knowledge of industrial equipment, mechanical systems, plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital equipment and manufacturing improvement projects from concept through completion.
• Develop project scopes, specifications, budgets, schedules, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate equipment selection, procurement, installation, commissioning, and startup.
• Work with vendors, production teams, maintenance, and other internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate processes to improve productivity, reliability, safety, quality, and cost.
• Develop equipment layouts, technical requirements, and project documentation.
• Track spending, timelines, deliverables, and risks.
• Support troubleshooting and corrective actions on equipment and processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and engineering standards.
• Provide technical support during launches, upgrades, and process changes.
• Communicate progress and recommendations to plant leadership.
