Job summary

Link Technical Talent is recruiting a Manufacturing Engineer – Capital Projects in Pittston, PA to own a portfolio of 10–15 capital projects, from planning through implementation, with roughly $5m in annual spend.

You will split time between project management and hands-on production floor work (70/30) and receive specialist training in Project Engineering, SAP, SolidWorks, Lean methodologies, and Six Sigma, supporting global manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading capital projects across equipment, facilities or infrastructure.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of 10–15 active capital projects, managing planning, budgets, timelines, contractors, and implementation.
• Manage approximately $5m in annual projects, ranging from $50k improvements to $2m upgrades.
• Balance 70% project management with 30% production floor oversight.
