The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD. This position is critical to managing project budgets and ensuring timely project completion.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with production equipment, including filling and packaging systems.
• PLC and controls experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute capital and process improvement projects from concept through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate resources to meet project objectives.
• Manage project budgets and forecast project spend.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet timelines and goals.
• Promote and maintain a safety-first mindset in all project activities.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
