iMPact Business Group seeks an Engineering Project Manager to lead capital equipment and manufacturing projects from planning through production launch. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure schedules, budgets, and technical goals are met.

The role requires 4+ years leading large-scale projects in a manufacturing environment, preferably in regulated industries, with experience managing external vendors and equipment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of experience leading large-scale manufacturing or engineering projects.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with capital equipment.
• Experience with capital equipment suppliers, contractors, and external vendors.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple capital equipment and manufacturing projects through planning, execution, validation, installation, and production launch.
• Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resource plans, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive alignment across Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Facilities, Sourcing, and leadership teams.
• Monitor project performance and proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, schedule delays, and resource constraints.
• Evaluate and manage project changes impacting scope, schedule, cost, or technical strategy.
• Manage equipment suppliers, contractors, and external partners throughout project execution.
• Lead equipment design reviews, technical discussions, and project status meetings.
• Coordinate FAT, SAT, equipment installation, and commissioning.
• Hold vendors accountable for contractual obligations, deliverables, schedules, and performance.
• Coordinate development of URS, risk assessments, and other deliverables.
• Partner with technical SMEs to ensure equipment meets manufacturing, quality, safety, and operational requirements.
• Support validation planning and execution, including FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ, engineering studies, and process qualifications.
• Facilitate change control activities and ensure compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and manage CERs, budgets, and financial justifications.
• Track project spending and forecast capital requirements to improve ROI.
• Support strategic manufacturing initiatives including automation and capacity expansion.
