Job summary

CECO Environmental, a global leader in sustainable process solutions, is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist the Project Manager with organizing and controlling project plans and performance across multiple functions. The role involves document extraction, gathering, and distribution from engineering through manufacturing, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

The position is full-time onsite at our Addison, Texas office, with starting pay of $30.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 5 years of general office experience; experience within a manufacturing, engineering, or construction environment preferred.
• Experience in support of proven project management techniques.
• Experience in technical fields a plus (mechanical aptitude, drafting/design, technical certifications, etc.).
• Proficient in MS Office; exposure to MS Project and Adobe Acrobat Pro preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Tech or Engineering (Chemical / Environmental / Mechanical) or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs various administrative and logistical support functions for the company.
• Sends, receives and logs documents.
• Archives documents for record in job files.
• Maintains the transmittal and document database for complete and accurate record keeping.
• Prepares reports as necessary.
• Completes general administrative functions to ensure timely, accurate delivery of services.
• Prepares/sends job-related transmittals with documentation to customers and vendors.
• Manages standard product orders from Engineering through delivery, invoicing and closeout.
• Supports invoicing and collection efforts by ensuring invoicing is accurate and on time.
