Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Programs Manager to govern and execute strategic manufacturing initiatives across sites, leading NPIs, capacity expansions, and line launches. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Safety, Quality, Operations, and Engineering to ensure readiness and efficiency.

The role emphasizes lean methods, structured decision making, and strong reporting to executives on status, risks, and financials. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years manufacturing/operations experience.
• 0-25% travel; standard day schedule in US time zone.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, metrics, and reporting standards for manufacturing programs.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives across multiple plants and lines.
• Identify and mitigate risks with RAID logs and corrective actions.
• Provide executive-level status reports on programs, risks, finances, and benefits.
• Lead a team of Managers and Associate Managers for NPIs and capacity expansions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver outputs for each initiative and launch plan.
• Develop capacity plans aligning with long-term forecasts and growth.
