Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Programs Manager to oversee governance, planning, and execution of manufacturing programs across sites and production disciplines.

You will lead a team responsible for NPIs, capacity expansions, line launches, and process improvements, aligning with enterprise objectives and capacity strategies. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in any related field of study.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain manufacturing program governance frameworks, performance metrics, and reporting standards across assigned manufacturing portfolios.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic manufacturing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes across multiple plants, product lines, and operational disciplines.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks across manufacturing programs, maintaining RAID logs, driving corrective actions, and escalating when necessary.
• Provide regular executive-level reporting on manufacturing program status, risks, financials, benefits, and key decisions.
• Lead and develop a team of Managers, Manufacturing Projects and Associate Managers, Manufacturing Projects responsible for NPIs, capacity expansions, new operations, line launches, and process improvement initiatives.
