Job summary

Tate US in Glasgow, KY is seeking an Associate Program Manager to coordinate pre-shipment deliverables across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain. You will track schedules, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time delivery for complex data-center projects.

The role requires 1–3 years in project coordination, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office; ERP and project-management tools experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, manufacturing operations, production planning, or supply chain
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track pre-shipment deliverables throughout the manufacturing and production lifecycle
• Maintain project schedules, action logs, and status reports for manufacturing programs
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely task completion
• Facilitate regular project review meetings and provide status updates on deliverables and risks
• Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation plans with stakeholders
• Monitor manufacturing builds, production orders, inspections, testing, and release activities
• Ensure alignment of production schedules with shipment commitments and delivery dates
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve pre-shipment issues
• Develop and maintain project tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to project execution and shipment processes
