Job summary

Tate Inc., part of Kingspan Group, is seeking a Liquid Cooling Program Manager in a hybrid role in the United States. You will lead the Development and Sourcing teams, set up subcontractors and vendors, coordinate tool and equipment purchases, and transition projects to the Project Management team while aligning with strategic goals.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering, 3–5 years in manufacturing or construction, PMP or equivalent preferred, Agile experience, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or general industry preferred.
• PMP or equivalent is desired.
• Agile project management experience is desired.
• Theoretical and practical project management knowledge is preferred.
• Experience as a project manager is desired.
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management is a plus.
• Must be able to travel to domestic and international vendors/job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement projects after sales completion.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Define tasks and allocate resources.
• Meet with subcontractors and vendors during setup stages.
• Assist PMs to create project timelines and schedules.
• Set up expectations for the Sourcing team.
• Coordinate with Development to maintain product output standards.
• Track deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Support the data center engineering and sales teams.
• Monitor and report on project performance.
• Manage changes to meet project outputs.
• Report quality, safety, environmental, and compliance issues to leadership.
