Tate Inc. in Columbia, MD is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead ERP and manufacturing systems analysis and drive continuous improvement across Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.

You will bridge business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams, documenting requirements, prioritizing ERP enhancements, and supporting ERP modernization initiatives. The role offers a hybrid schedule and a competitive salary with benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Business Systems Analysis, ERP Analyst, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, MRP, inventory and financial processes.
• Experience with ERP implementations or major optimization projects.
• Familiarity with Infor XA, Epicor, or similar ERP platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process analysis and optimization across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Inventory.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and translate needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• Own intake and prioritization for ERP and enterprise application enhancements.
• Partner with solution architects and development teams to ensure design and delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve ERP utilization, MRP, reporting and automation.
• Support ERP modernization initiatives and vendor evaluations.
• Coordinate UAT, stakeholder communications, and change management.
