Job summary

Harris Companies in Saint Paul, MN seeks a Manufacturing Program Manager to coordinate and track key initiatives scaling manufacturing and supply chain capabilities. You’ll lead portfolio management, ensure progress across facility startups, upgrades, and data integration, and serve as the accountability engine for multi‑functional scale‑up initiatives.

Experience managing cross-functional programs, projects, or operational initiatives.
Strong project management discipline with schedules, milestones, and risks.
Ability to coordinate across business development, operations, and leadership.
Clear written and spoken communication, translating complex plans into status updates.

Responsibilities

Translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans with defined owners and milestones.
Maintain portfolio visibility across manufacturing and supply chain initiatives.
Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, risks, and exec summaries.
Provide leadership with status, dependencies, risks, decisions, and accountability gaps.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams for facility readiness and launch.
Facilitate recurring coordination meetings across involved functions.
Hold teams accountable to actions and deadlines.
Develop clear reporting for initiative status, milestones, risks, and blockers.
