Job summary

Harris is seeking a Manufacturing Program Manager in Minnesota to coordinate and advance manufacturing and supply chain scale-up initiatives. You will serve as the central portfolio management resource across facility startups, plant modifications, fulfillment center setup, and process improvements.

You will translate strategies into actionable plans, maintain executive visibility, and drive cross-functional alignment from business development through operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing cross-functional programs or initiatives.
• Strong project management discipline with schedules, milestones, risks, and reporting.
• Coordinate across business development, operations, and leadership teams.
• Strong communication; simplify complex moving parts into clear status and decisions.
• Comfortable with evolving processes, systems, and roles.
• Influence, coordinate and drive execution across multiple functions without direct authority.
• Proficiency with dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans with defined owners, milestones and outcomes.
• Develop integrated project plans, milestones, risks and executive summaries.
• Coordinate facility setup, plant modifications, equipment planning and fulfillment center development.
• Track cross-functional workstreams to maintain progress and resolve conflicts.
• Provide leadership with status updates, dashboards and visibility into risks and decisions.
• Facilitate recurring coordination meetings across functions to ensure accountability.
