Job summary

Harris Company is seeking a Manufacturing Program Manager to coordinate and track initiatives that scale manufacturing and supply chain capabilities. You will act as a central portfolio resource, ensuring visibility, accountability, and progress across facility startups, manufacturing modifications, fulfillment center development, and data integration.

This role does not own the technical solution or operations, but ensures the right work is planned, tracked, and completed, bridging business

Qualifications

• Experience managing cross-functional programs, projects, or operational initiatives.
• Strong project management discipline, including schedules, milestones, action tracking, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Ability to coordinate across business development, operations, and leadership teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex moving parts into clear status, issues, and decisions.
• Comfortable working in an environment where processes, systems, and roles are evolving.
• Ability to influence, coordinate, and drive execution across multiple functions without direct authority.
• Proficiency with project management tools, dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate initiatives into actionable plans with defined owners, milestones, and outcomes.
• Maintain portfolio-level visibility across manufacturing and supply chain initiatives.
• Develop integrated project plans with risks and executive summaries.
• Provide leadership with clear status, dependencies, and accountability gaps.
• Coordinate facility readiness, equipment planning, and cross-functional workstreams.
• Hold teams accountable to actions, milestones, and deliverables.
