Job summary

Forj Medical in St Paul, Minnesota, is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams through production line transfers, site transfers, and international moves. You will plan, execute, and monitor programs to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes while coordinating with engineering, quality, regulatory, and supply chain partners.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in program management, a technical degree, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in a technical/engineering/operations field; PMP a plus.
• 5–10 years’ experience in project and program management.
• Experience leading production line transfers and multi-site transfers, including international moves.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management skills.
• FDA/ISO knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead production line and site transfer programs, coordinating strategy, knowledge transfer, documentation readiness, and validation support.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans; communicate status to customers and internal teams.
• Direct cross-functional activities across time zones, ensuring schedule adherence, budget discipline, and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate cross-site and international transfer activities; escalate issues affecting schedule, quality, cost, or regulatory expectations.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams in a matrix organization and manage program risks and quality.
