Hyve Solutions in Reno seeks a seasoned Program/Project Manager to lead cross-functional operations and manufacturing initiatives. You will plan, execute, and monitor projects, coordinate resources, and deliver executive-level reporting, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You bring a bachelor’s in business or engineering, proven PM experience in manufacturing, and strong communication across stakeholders. This role offers flexible work arrangements and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Program or Project Manager in Operations or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail.
• Experience developing and managing project plans with milestones and deliverables.
• Familiarity with PM tools and methodologies such as Project, Agile or Waterfall.
• Collaborative mindset to facilitate discussions across all levels of an organization.
• Experience interacting with customers, functional managers, and executives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure completion on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Matrix leadership and support of factory-wide projects and senior staff initiatives.
• Deliver executive-level reporting, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly status updates.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors and client teams for project execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage resources and risks.
