Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a US-based manufacturing partner, is seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven professional to manage the quality control production process and supply chain responsibilities in Fremont, CA. You will oversee demand planning, purchasing, supplier collaboration, and inventory optimization in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes coordinating with ODMs and contract manufacturers, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring on-time delivery while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and forecasting for materials and supplies.
• Ability to manage supplier relationships and cost negotiations.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own demand planning and forecasting for raw materials.
• Issue and manage purchase orders for timely, cost-effective supply.
• Source and manage suppliers and ODMs, including cost negotiation and onboarding.
• Collaborate with customers and contract manufacturers to align on demand and fulfillment.
• Monitor aging, excess, and obsolete inventory; drive disposition strategies.
• Conduct regular excess inventory reviews with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
• Coordinate RMA processes with suppliers for timely closures.
• Work with logistics to manage inbound/outbound shipments and resolve delays.
• Ensure supply continuity by managing lead times, safety stock, and alternate sourcing.
• Maintain material status reporting and supply chain KPIs (inventory turns, PO cycle time, OTIF, forecast accuracy).
• Lead continuous improvement to streamline planning, sourcing, and fulfillment workflows.
• Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000-120,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and business needs.
