Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
• PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution – from quote handoff through production and delivery.
• Develop and manage program plans – schedules, milestones, resources, budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams – Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales.
• Serve as primary customer contact for status, risks, and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate program risks – develop mitigation plans and escalate as needed.
• Facilitate program reviews – regular status meetings.
• Ensure quality and compliance – adhere to customer specifications and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement – improve efficiency, cost, and delivery performance.
• Maintain program documentation – timelines, change requests, post-program reviews.
