Job summary

3-Dimensional-Services-Group in Michigan is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to oversee automotive, aerospace, or defense programs. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and sales to ensure design feasibility, timing, cost control, and on-time delivery for complex programs.

You will develop and maintain program documentation, respond to customer quality alerts, facilitate corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

8+ years in automotive, aerospace, or defense program management.
Strong metal fabrication and plastics manufacturing background (CNC, stamping, laser) preferred.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Communicate program progress to customers and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Collaborate with engineering, shop leadership, and management on design feasibility, timing, and cost.
Develop, organize, and maintain program documentation and traveler folders.
Lead or support corrective actions to resolve quality issues and communicate results to customers.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and PPE requirements; support audits and training.
