Job summary

Polaris Inc. seeks a senior Material Flow Leader to design, implement, and continuously improve material flow in a manufacturing setting.

You will oversee engineers, technologists, and technicians, driving lean initiatives and major line-transformations to boost production performance. You will own material flow strategy, manage changes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize delivery routes, layouts, and packaging solutions while mentoring your team and advancing professional

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years in material flow, manufacturing, or supply chain.
Experience leading salaried employees in manufacturing/ops.
Proficient with ERP systems and process mapping tools.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of material flow engineers and technicians with coaching and development.
Design and implement lean material flow strategies and line-side layouts.
Oversee daily material flow operations and resolve workflow issues.
Drive engineering change coordination and project implementations.
Lead major production-line transformation projects and kaizen events.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize processes and packaging.
