Job summary

Digital Startup Gate GmbH is seeking an Industrial Controller to optimize product costs, inventory, and KPI performance across manufacturing operations. You will lead BOM reviews, valuation, and variance analysis to maximize profitability.

Responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, and capital expenditure tracking, while ensuring data integrity for audits and cross-functional decision making. Strong accounting and ERP skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with at least five years of applied accounting experience.
• Knowledge of IFRS and GAAP.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage site level cost accounting, inventory valuation, and production variance analysis.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly forecasts (sales, labor, MRO spend).
• Consolidate cost of manufacturing reports for distribution.
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
• Support external audits with accurate financial data.
• Ensure Bills of Material, routings, and cost structures are accurate and aligned with production.
