Endeavour Infrastructure is seeking a Supply Chain / Manufacturing Controller to partner with the CFO and drive cost visibility across our power generation equipment business. You will own costing, BOM accuracy, variance analysis, and profitability insights from raw materials to delivered cost, while guiding inventory and KPI development.

The role emphasizes cost savings, productivity, and digitalization initiatives, including NetSuite integration and enhanced financial reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required or equivalent.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive cost and manufacturing accounting experience is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Own standard costing, BOM and routing accuracy, and cost revaluation across product lines.
• Maintain accurate product costing with current BOMs, routings, and overhead rates.
• Analyze and explain manufacturing variances—purchase price, material usage, labor, and overhead absorption.
• Analyze product-level profitability and cost-to-serve to inform pricing and portfolio decisions.
• Calculate and monitor landed and delivered cost including freight, duties, and tariffs.
• Define, track, and report cost-savings and productivity measures across manufacturing and supply chain.
• Build and maintain gross-margin, unit-cost, and productivity KPIs by product and production line.
• Monitor inventory levels, turns, and provisions; lead quarter-end/year-end inventories and audits.
