Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in manufacturing accounting with leadership impact.
• Experience with month-end close, controls, audits, and regulatory filings.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP; CPA/CMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, month-end close, accounting controls, inventory and cost accounting, audits, and regulatory filings.
• Cross functionally partner with leadership on inventory, job costing, and key cost drivers.
• Drive process improvements, ERP enhancements, and stronger financial visibility across the organization.
• The successful candidate will bring strong manufacturing accounting experience and a hands-on, adaptable leadership style.
