Job summary

INX International Ink Co. seeks a Production Supervisor at one of our facilities in Edwardsville, KS. The role reports to the Production Manager and oversees a production department, coordinating with other supervisors to meet daily and shift goals.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of supervisory manufacturing experience, strong math and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. SAP knowledge and Lean/ Six Sigma exposure are a plus. We emphasize safety and career growth.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Manufacturing, warehouse and supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
• Mechanical skills and knowledge of production processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer skills.
• Experience leading and developing a team to meet metrics.
• Knowledge of manufacturing principles like OEE, Lean, TPM.

Responsibilities

• Directing, coordinating and planning activities of a production department/shift.
• Lead a group of hourly employees and communicate procedures.
• Interpret reports and assign duties to workers.
• Manage daily workflow and update data systems.
• Support OEE, uptime KPIs and safety programs.
• Promote a safe, compliant and productive work environment.
