Job summary

Web Industries is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, manage safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement. You will supervise staff, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high standards of performance.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in manufacturing, strong leadership, and excellent communication. OSHA 10-hour certification is preferred; candidates should be able to coordinate with multiple departments to achieve

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing operations.
• Ability to lead and develop others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and eQMS.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, teambuilding, and conflict resolution skills.
• Willingness to work different schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities and interdepartmental coordination.
• Drive engagement, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Onboard, train, and develop production personnel.
• Coordinate staffing to meet production and continuous improvement needs.
• Maintain safety and quality while meeting production targets.
• Support lean initiatives (kaizen, 6S).
