Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily production and maintenance activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will coordinate resources, monitor schedules, and coach team members to meet quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include performance reviews, training on safety and equipment, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of leadership in a foundry environment preferred.
• Experience as lead person or supervisor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily production and maintenance activities to meet operational goals.
• Communicate with foremen and team members to determine priorities and align resources.
• Create team assignments and communicate expectations for efficient workflow.
• Monitor production schedules, resource availability, and workforce capacity.
• Maintain appropriate levels of non-inventory production and maintenance supplies.
• Track department performance and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct daily start-up meetings and maintain ongoing communication.
• Spend time on the production floor to support employees.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production processes.
• Train and support new employees on safety, equipment operation, and responsibilities.
• Collaborate with managers and team members to identify improvements.
• Conduct and document performance reviews and coaching.
• Identify training opportunities to improve performance and engagement.
• Promote workplace safety through training and continuous process improvement.
• Monitor attendance and maintain accurate employee records.
• Complete required data entry in company systems.
• Coordinate EHS responsibilities including inspections and training.
• Participate in meetings related to coaching, safety, strategy, and success.
• Assist with candidate interviews and onboarding activities.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
