Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Team Lead to join our evolving team.

Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Team Leader will coordinate team activities, delegate work, manage inventory, train staff, and ensure policies are followed to drive growth. Responsibilities include leading safety and quality, organizing daily operations, and partnering with maintenance and engineering to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Ability to train and mentor team members.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-growing setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate manufacturing team activities.
• Delegate work assignments and monitor daily output.
• Maintain time and attendance records and staffing levels.
• Provide input for performance appraisals.
• Conduct safety observations and toolbox talks.
• Ensure safe, efficient line operation and quality output.
• Plan daily scheduling with Supervisor and Supply Chain.
