Job summary

Baxter International is seeking a Product Team Lead in Batesville, IN. You will support daily manufacturing operations, drive quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement, coordinating across departments and ensuring products meet GMP standards.

You will troubleshoot production issues, manage nonconforming materials, assist with new product introductions, and promote a safe, compliant work environment. This is a hands‑on leadership role in a regulated setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent in a technical area or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally in a regulated environment.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across departments to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
• Assist in development of new products and process improvements.
• Check station inventory and ensure correct parts availability.
• Process nonconforming material and manage related inventory cage.
• Lead projects to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
• Apply lean manufacturing and Kaizen methods to drive improvements.
• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Uphold safety, GMP, and SOP compliance.
