Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Engineering to lead cross‑functional teams and drive manufacturing excellence across products and operations.

You will oversee process development, transfer, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with FDA, ISO, cGMP standards. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other project/process improvement certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead site project portfolio and governance with project management discipline and KPIs.
• Define and execute the engineering roadmap for products and manufacturing operations.
• Build and lead a high‑performing team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
• Drive process development, optimization and transfer of manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, cGMP and Baxter standards.
