Job summary

Baxter is seeking an experienced manufacturing leader to oversee the Penicillin production operations in the United States. You will direct processes, ensure staffing and KPI achievement, and drive cost-effective output while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in manufacturing/ops, including 3+ years in supervision, and have strong skills in process improvement, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years manufacturing/operations experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience leading process improvements and audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations within the Penicillin building.
• Ensure staffing, budgets, costs, methods, labor efficiency, and KPIs.
• Facilitate invention and implementation of manufacturing process improvements.
• Hire, coach, motivate, and manage performance of direct reports.
• Adhere to cGMP, SOPs, EHS, and regulatory guidelines.
• Develop annual operating budget and long-range planning.
