Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking a Principal for Manufacturing Procurement & Supply Chain Transformation in the United States. You will lead delivery, guide teams, and shape procurement strategies across direct and indirect categories.

The role requires 12+ years in manufacturing or consulting, with strong ERP and digital transformation experience. Travel up to 80% is expected, with multiple Infosys hub offices in mind.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with at least 3–5 years in management consulting or manufacturing.
• 5–7 years in Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Technology.
• 5+ years in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, supplier management or procurement transformation programs.
• Experience with direct and indirect procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery of consulting engagements with budget and staffing oversight.
• Coach and mentor teams, and contribute to thought leadership.
• Define procurement target operating models and governance structures.
• Lead procurement transformation engagements from assessment to ERP deployment.
• Support business development and client relationship building.
